Johannes Lederich has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as Team Lead Customer Success at Tomes GmbH since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Teleperformance from March 2021 to April 2022.

Before that, Johannes had a long tenure at Teleperformance, starting in 2014. In addition to their corporate experience, Johannes also worked as a Mathematics Tutor at the University of Hamburg from October 2010 to September 2013.

Johannes Lederich pursued their education in mathematics, beginning with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Hamburg from 2007 to 2011. Johannes then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in mathematics at the same university from 2011 to 2014. In 2009 and 2010, Johannes studied at Aix-Marseille University, focusing on mathematics.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Johannes Lederich also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed the Kaspersky Lab approved course 'Windows Home Products 2016' at Kaspersky. Earlier that year, they also obtained the certification for the 'Kaspersky Internet Security 2015' course from the same institution. In 2020, Johannes earned the Teleperformance 6-Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Teleperformance.
