Laura Giraldo

Laura Giraldo is a Gender, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer at IDB Invest with previous experience as an Account Manager at Uber and a Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank. Laura also has entrepreneurial experience with RedB, a peer-to-peer lending platform. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IE Business School and has completed a Certificate in Design Thinking from IDEO-U. Laura is currently pursuing a degree in Impact Measurement & Management for the SDGs at Duke University.
