Bansari Shah

Bansari Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Starting in 2016, Bansari worked as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they engaged with clients such as Thomsonreuters.com and Pocruises.com. In 2019, Bansari took on multiple roles at California State University - East Bay, including serving as a Distinguished Pioneer Scholar, where they completed a multimedia research project called EatARy Assistant. They also worked as a Product Designer, incorporating design principles for the CalFresh program and the Pioneers for H.O.P. initiative.

In 2019, Bansari volunteered as a Graphic Designer at AIGA San Francisco. They then joined Amir Baradaran Rahmani LLC as a UX/UI Designer in 2020, where they designed and maintained performant Augmented Reality projects and collaborated with engineering teams to deliver complex initiatives.

From 2020 to 2023, Bansari worked at FEVO as a UX Designer, focusing on client-specific projects and increasing mobile user engagement by 20%. They created the company's first Design System with reusable components and defined design patterns to enhance the user experience.

Currently, Bansari is employed at Idea Evolver as a Product Designer, starting in 2023.

Bansari Shah completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from Vishwakarma Government Engineering College from 2012 to 2016. Bansari pursued further education and obtained an M.A. in Multimedia with Interaction Design from California State University - East Bay between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Bansari Shah received the certification of Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2022.
