Qasim I. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. ▪️ Qasim started their career in 2012 as a Teacher Assistant at CEAS Stony Brook University. In 2013, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Systems Engineer, providing support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems. ▪️ Qasim then moved on to Meditology Services in 2015, where they served as a Senior Security Consultant and Assistant CISO, implementing specialized security controls and conducting network vulnerability assessments. Qasim rose to the position of Associate CISO and led the ethical hacking team.

In 2017, Qasim joined Coalfire as a Security Consultant and later became the Director of Labs Penetration Testing. ▪️ Qasim spearheaded offensive security training services and improved methods to anticipate escalations and conduct root cause analysis. Qasim gained expertise in penetration testing methodologies and simulated sophisticated cyber attacks for high-profile global clients.
