Affiliate Manager

Ideal Living is seeking an ambitious and hard-working Affiliate Manager to manage and expand our Affiliate program and grow incremental revenue through the program. This role will oversee daily operations with our affiliate platform, act as the internal lead for affiliate partners, and identify and execute new potential opportunities.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the influencer and affiliate marketing industry
  • Great storyteller and communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of partners
  • Highly analytical, comfortable using data to measure success and make decisions
  • Solutions-oriented, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently and autonomously
  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms (i.e., Everflow)
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop others
  • Clear and effective writing and oral communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify top-tier affiliate partnership opportunities and successfully rollout campaigns

  • Engage and strengthen existing affiliate partnerships while identifying growth opportunities to help transform ad-hoc affiliates into long-term strategic partners

  • Oversee and manage publisher performances; actively outreaching publisher and other partners to maximize brand presence, partnerships, and sales

  • Create quarterly promotions and oversee each promotion from start to finish

  • Oversee Webinars, Email flows, and internal affiliate promotional calendar

  • Track and analyze promotional data and share with internal and external teams

  • Run and analyze weekly sales and conversion reports and report findings to senior management

  • In charge of the weekly forecast for influencer department; providing inventory forecast and adjustments so proper inventory can be ordered

  • Monitor influencer department progress and analyze sales trends by sub-channel

  • Run A/B testing to improve site conversion rates and AOV

  • Assist website development and creative teams with influencer related digital projects

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Influencer or Affiliate Marketing experience

  • 1-2 years of management experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Asana
