Erik Elander Aman

Erik Elander Aman has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Aftermarket Manager at Sindeq AB, where they managed the pricing and selling of spare parts for industrial size rock drills and compressors. Erik was responsible for the spare parts supply chain and maintained good relations with customers and international suppliers.

In 2013, Erik joined KTH Formula Student as the Team Leader for the Corporate Relations Team, where they successfully gained and retained sponsors for the project. Erik also served as a member of the PR & Marketing Team. During this time, they implemented a new business system and led the team.

From 2014 to 2015, Erik held the position of Vice President at Näringslivsnämnden Kungliga Maskinsektionen THS, where they advised and assisted the President in leading the committee members. Erik also handled key account management and recruitment.

In 2016, Erik worked as a Sales Assistant at Herringbone, and in 2017, they became a Sourcing Assistant at Dfind Science & Engineering, providing support to the recruitment consultants and consultant managers.

In 2018, Erik joined PostNord for their master thesis, focusing on B2B e-commerce implementation strategy. Erik researched managerial factors and suggested improvement areas for implementing web-based e-commerce technology into large organizations.

Also in 2018, Erik joined HiQ as a Management Consultant/Strategy Analyst. Erik specialized in AI-aided analysis, data-driven decision making, and value-driven analysis. Erik worked on assignments related to increasing sales, profit, and growth in the taxi market. Erik regularly presented findings to the Board of Directors, CEO, and management team.

From 2020 to 2021, Erik worked as a Management Consultant at Helseplan Consulting Group AB. Erik was involved in various projects, including Covid-19 vaccine coordination, audit of depression, anxiety, and suicide, and evaluation of cooperation between different organizations.

Currently, Erik is working at IDEAL OF SWEDEN as a Business Intelligence Specialist, where they are the system/product owner of internal business intelligence systems.

Throughout their career, Erik has demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, contributing to the success of various projects and organizations.

Erik Elander Aman began their education in 2012 at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's and Master's Degree (B.Sc. & M.Sc.) in Civilingenjör Maskinteknik. Erik completed their studies in this field in 2018. In 2015, Erik briefly attended the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on Business & Finance. Afterward, they returned to KTH Royal Institute of Technology to further their education. From 2016 to 2018, Erik obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Economics and Management.
