Agnieszka Hyla

Agnieszka Hyla is an accomplished professional specializing in talent development and learning strategies within the SaaS and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Development at iDeals, Agnieszka leads initiatives in performance management, diversity, and organizational development. Previously, as the Transformation & Insight Lead at LSEG, Agnieszka provided key insights for transformational strategies and program performance. In a prior role as Director of Learning and Development at Refinitiv, Agnieszka built a 50-person team to enhance learning for 9,000 employees globally. Throughout a decade at Thomson Reuters, Agnieszka oversaw comprehensive learning strategies, mentored future leaders, and established coaching networks across regions. Agnieszka holds dual Master's degrees in Psychology and Economics from the University of Gdansk.
