Craig Eister

Craig Eister has a comprehensive work history that includes roles in various companies. Craig started their career as a Systems Analyst at Exxon Company USA in 1988. Later, they worked as a Sr. Consultant at American Airlines Decision Technologies, focusing on developing forecasting algorithms. Craig then joined InterContinental Hotels Group, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Management & Systems. Craig also founded Craig Eister Consulting, LLC before becoming the Area Vice President of Client Success at IDeaS Revenue Solutions in 2023. Throughout their career, Craig has demonstrated expertise in revenue management, pricing strategy, and business development.

Craig Eister earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Computer Science from Duke University in 1988. Craig then pursued a Master of Science in Operations Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1989 to 1991. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Leading Diversity and Inclusion from Northwestern University and as a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from the National Diversity Council.
