Gary L. Davis

Gary L. Davis, M.Ed, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at ideas42, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Gary held the role of Senior Diversity Business Partner at Adobe from March 2022 to March 2024 and served as Customer Advisory Director and Product Strategist for Greenhouse Inclusion at Greenhouse Software from June 2019 to March 2022. Gary's career also includes a tenure as Director of People at Per Scholas from July 2017 to June 2019, and as Manager of Alumni Involvement at Teach For America from December 2012 to April 2016. Additional experience includes work as Community Engagement Lead at PeerForward and Program Manager at iMentor. Gary L. Davis earned a Master of Education in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan, with further education completed at General Assembly in 2023.
