Amalia Annest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the security biometrics industry. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Novinium, a Southwire Company since July 2021, Amalia is responsible for managing and developing programs with various state and local police departments, overseeing large-scale biometrics projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting financial goals. Prior to this role, Amalia spent over thirteen years at IDEMIA, where responsibilities included managing multiple biometrics contracts, coordinating project teams, and maintaining stringent quality standards. Amalia’s background also includes roles as a Test Engineer, Integration Engineer, and Project Manager. Holding a Master's degree in Computing and Software Systems from the University of Washington, Amalia combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills in advancing project success.
