Katie Spidle

Katie Spidle has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Katie currently holds the position of Global Human Resources Director for the Water Infrastructure Inspection Businesses at IDEX Corporation. Prior to this, they served as Vice President and Global HR Business Partnership at Industrial Scientific, where they led a team and worked closely with the President and global Functional leaders of the company's $250M revenue hardware and software as a service (SaaS) business. Katie also held the role of Director of Global Human Resources at Anderson-Negele & Venture Measurement and Anderson-Negele. Additionally, they worked as the Director of People & Culture at THREE Group, Inc., the Director of Global Human Resources at XOS (a Danaher Company) under Danaher Corporation, a Senior Group Leader at Target, and a Human Resources Generalist at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics. Their early career included various roles at GE, including Human Resources Recruiting Specialist (GE Energy), Materials Management (GE Transportation), and Healthcare Accounting (GE Corporate).

Katie Spidle earned a BA in Economics from Siena College in 2005. Katie then went on to earn an MBA in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose in 2007. Prior to their college education, they attended Margaretville Central from 1995 to 2001.
