Vignesh Naidu

Vignesh Naidu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital acquisition and product management within the banking and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Head of Digital Acquisition at IDFC FIRST Bank since July 2016, Vignesh focuses on acquiring customers through digital marketing and partnerships. Previously held positions include Head of New Age Platforms, overseeing the implementation of a cloud-based core banking solution, and Product Head for Digital Lending, where Vignesh established partnerships with major fintech companies. Prior experience includes roles at PayU Payments Private Limited in product management and analytics, HSBC as a Senior Internal Auditor, and various analytics positions at Nomura and Lehman Brothers. Vignesh holds a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
