Giancarlo Da Prato, CCIM has a diverse background in real estate, specializing in logistics real estate. With experience at IDI Logistics as Vice President Capital Deployment and Leasing, as well as Director, Regional Investments, Giancarlo has a proven track record of delivering innovative warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing facilities. Prior to IDI Logistics, Giancarlo worked at Verde Realty as a Leasing Representative and at GDP Realty as a Real Estate Professional. Giancarlo also gained experience in the construction industry as an Assistant Superintendent at FTJames Construction. Giancarlo holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at El Paso and obtained the CCIM Designation in Commercial Investment Real Estate from the CCIM Institute.
