Laura Rodríguez Vázquez

Laura Rodríguez Vázquez is an experienced professional specializing in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement. Currently serving as Operational Excellence Manager and Lean Plant Manager at Idilia Foods since October 2019, Laura has also held academic positions at CIM UPC and DEUTZ BUSINESS SCHOOL, where key concepts of Lean and Agile Management were taught. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at CIRSA, Production Engineer at Nissan Motor Ibérica S.A., and Lean Manufacturing & Enterprise Engineer at Delphi.
