Elizabeth Chikobe

Elizabeth Chikobe has extensive experience in global operations and people management. Elizabeth worked at IDinsight from 2016, starting as a Global Operations Consultant and progressing to roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director, and finally, Director of Global People Operations. In this role, they helped leaders combat poverty by designing evidence-generating tools tailored to partner needs across Africa and Asia. Prior to IDinsight, Elizabeth served as Chief Operating Officer at Special Hope Network, where they managed operations in Africa.

Elizabeth Chikobe graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. Elizabeth later pursued their Master of Science in International Development: Poverty, Inequality, and Development at the University of Birmingham, completing their studies in 2016. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Safety, Health, and Security for the Mobile Worker from IOSH.
