Muhammad Burhan Riaz

Muhammad Burhan Riaz is a highly experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at ST Engineering iDirect since July 2010. Riaz has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Customer Success Engineering for the APAC region and Assistant Manager of Technical Services, where responsibilities included managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and team mentoring. Prior to joining ST Engineering iDirect, Riaz worked at Comstar from July 2007 to July 2010 as a Senior Network Engineer, overseeing a team and managing complex network designs, as well as serving as a Network Engineer specializing in installation and maintenance of communication systems. Riaz began the career as a System Support Engineer at Comstar, providing support for hubs and equipment testing. Riaz holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunication from NED University of Engineering and Technology, earned in 2007.
