Risa Karmila

Risa Karmila's work experience includes roles in various companies. Risa is currently working as the Head of People Operations at IDN Media since October 2022. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director and later a Consulting Manager at Mercer from May 2019 to October 2022. Before Mercer, Risa worked at Citi as a Compensation and Benefits AVP from June 2018 to April 2019. Risa also served as the Corporate Compensation & Benefit Manager at MPM Group from April 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at Mercer as an HR Consultant - Talent Information Solution from July 2012 to April 2017.

Risa Karmila obtained their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Risa attended the institute from 2008 to 2012.
