Agnieszka Ladosz

Agnieszka Ladosz is an accomplished professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as Team Leader for Automated Chemistry & HTMC at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd since May 2020, where Agnieszka leads a team in advancing chemical synthesis technologies utilizing flow, electro- and photochemistry. Prior experience includes a role as Flow Chemistry Scientist focused on drug discovery projects, and as Microfluidic Scientist at Fluidic Analytics, where Agnieszka developed analytical tools for protein characterization. Education includes a PhD from ETH Zurich and a Master of Engineering from The University of Sheffield, complemented by postdoctoral research at MIT, where Agnieszka worked on microscale devices for chemical process characterization.
