Katja Maurer

Katja Maurer has a diverse work experience in the field of supply chain and project management. Katja is currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Supply Chain Network Planning for Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Katja'srole involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring a smooth product supply chain.

Prior to this, Katja worked as a Project Manager for Kelly Services (Schweiz) AG, where they were responsible for managing global logistics projects and the operational management of CAR-T Therapy products. Katja also acted as an interface between various functions and drove transformational change.

In the past, Katja had a long tenure at Novartis Pharma AG, where they held various roles such as Life Cycle Manager, Senior Site Change Coordinator, Senior Brand Life Cycle Manager, and Brand Life Cycle Manager. In these positions, they led technical and manufacturing projects, acted as a subject matter expert, and handled product change control processes.

Katja also has experience working at Siemens AG, both in the USA and in Switzerland, as a Logistiker.

Katja Maurer completed their vocational training as an Industriekauffrau at Siemens AG (Speyer, München, Berlin) and received their IHK Abschluss in 1995.
