Sean Kim

Sean Kim has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Sean currently holds the position of Vice President of DMPK, M&S, and Clinical Pharmacology at IDRx, starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology, DMPK, and Toxicology at Valo from October 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Valo, Sean worked at Blueprint Medicines, where they held the roles of Head of DMPK and Clinical Pharmacology from January 2020 to October 2021, and Senior Director from April 2017 to October 2021.

Sean'sprevious experience includes working at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research as a Disease Area Representative from September 2012 to April 2017. Prior to that, they were employed at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Research Investigator II from 2001 to September 2012.

Sean's early career includes positions at Wyeth Research, where they served as a Senior Research Scientist from 2000 to 2001, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow from 1998 to 2000.
