Elena Sheveleva

Elena Sheveleva has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Elena began their career in 1996 as a Senior Consultant at ANCOR, where they focused on recruiting and executive search across various fields. Elena later served as an Interpreter-translator at the Administration of Free Economic Zone, promoting local manufacturing companies and attracting investors. Elena then held the position of HR Director at Salmon Media Group, managing staff planning, evaluation, and progression. Elena also took on leadership roles at IT Staff, Sorainen, Sandoz, and Sideways 6, where they gained experience in recruiting, onboarding, adaptation, and performance evaluation control. Additionally, Elena served as an HR consultant at HR University BSU, specializing in recruitment training. Currently, they work as the Head of Talent Acquisition at IDT Corporation. Throughout their career, Elena has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, strategic planning, budgeting, and international benchmarking.

Elena Sheveleva received a certificate in recruiting from The Ukrainian Sourcing School in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Interpreters' Department and International Economic Relations at Minsk State Linguistic University.
