José Francisco Salazar Loreto has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. José Francisco started their career in 2013 as a Cashier at CHURROMANIA®, followed by a role as a Cashier at Frutelados C.A. in 2014. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Manager at Restaurante el patio and later as a Customer Service Agent at Econorent Car Rental. In 2019, they worked as a Receptionist at Tinto Boutique Hotel and Hoteles Sommelier Spa.
From 2012 to 2017, José worked as a self-employed Online Teacher and later as a Customer Service Advocate. In 2021, they joined Mobilize.cl as a Functional Implementation Consultant for Odoo. José Francisco then moved on to work as a Marketing Consultant and Project Manager at BaitoDev from 2020 to 2021.
Currently, José is working at IDX Boost since 2021, where they have held various positions including Onboarding Specialist, Project Development Manager, and currently serves as the Customer Support Success Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing the Customer Support Service Department, resolving support tickets, troubleshooting IDX Boost plugins and websites, and providing education and training on the IDX Boost platform and Website Builder.
José Francisco Salazar Loreto has a diverse education history. José Francisco obtained a Tecnicatura in Turismo y Hospitalidad from UNICYT, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Licenciatura in Educación mención Inglés at the Universidad de Carabobo from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they completed a Tecnicatura in Informática at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Occidentales 'Ezequiel Zamora', Barinas from 2010 to 2011.
In terms of additional certifications, José Francisco Salazar Loreto obtained a Certificación funcional de Odoo v13 from Odoo in March 2021.
