Javier Muñoz Parrondo

Javier Muñoz Parrondo serves as Associate Dean of Advancement and Executive Director of Alumni & Institutional Development at IESE Business School - University of Navarra since September 2003, with responsibilities including managing relations with donors and alumni. Previously, Javier was Executive Director of MBA Career Services, achieving a 92% employment rate for graduates and significantly enhancing student satisfaction and recruitment efforts. In the role of MBA Admissions Director from 2006 to 2011, Javier successfully increased the MBA program's enrollment and revenue while optimizing marketing expenditures. Javier's earlier career includes positions as Senior Auditor and Consultant at Ernst & Young and an internship at Citi’s Investment Banking Division. Javier holds several degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo. Currently, Javier is also a Board Member and Treasurer for the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem in Eastern Spain.
