Neil Turner

Neil Turner has extensive experience in leading product design and user experience (UX) strategy. Neil has held positions such as Lead Product Designer at Ieso and Redgate Software, where they managed teams, led product design and research, and set the design direction for a suite of products. Neil has also worked as a UX Lead at CashFlows, AstraZeneca, Omobono, and TUI UK, where they were responsible for building UX capabilities, leading UX design, and ensuring users are at the heart of digital transformations. Additionally, they have worked as a UX Designer at ProQuest and a User Experience Architect at Cambridge Assessment and John Lewis. During these roles, Neil conducted user research, usability testing, and provided UX guidance and insight. Neil has worked with various clients and organizations, including RBS, Barclaycard, and Cambridgeshire County Council. Overall, Neil has a diverse background and expertise in UX and product design, along with leadership and mentoring skills.

Neil Turner earned a first-class BSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. In 2003-2004, they pursued an MSc degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from UCL, where they graduated with distinction.
