Rafaella Marques

Rafaella Marques is an experienced business analyst currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at iFood since May 2022. Prior to this role, Rafaella spent five years at Cortex, progressing through positions from Customer Success Intern to Customer Success Senior Analyst, where responsibilities included data analysis and the development of performance dashboards. Rafaella holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, expected to complete in August 2024.
