About the role:  

What You’ll Do:  

• Execute end-to-end delivery of 3rd party integrations, managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate individual integration plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects at various stages of delivery lifecycle.
• Identify and escalate risks/abnormal requirements early in onboarding process for mitigation.
• Cultivate transparent, trustful relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Contribute to overall development and improvement of integration team tools or system design.
• Document and refine processes related to integrations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with new or existing partners.
• Contribute to technical delivery of integrations.
• Maintain a partner-centric, positive attitude toward problem-solving and ownership of issues.

About You:  

• Project management experience in IT service delivery, SaaS, or iGaming industry, with successful project completion track record.
• Technical proficiency in both Frontend (HTML5, other web languages) and Backend (SOAP/Rest APIs).
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Effective communication across all levels, from C-level to technical and operational staff.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Commitment to exceeding partner expectations and continuous personal and process improvement.
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in work.
• Ability to work independently.
