About the role:  

The Rewards and Engagement Product Manager plays an important role in ensuring our clients captivate and retain their players. This role is all about delivering innovative features tailored for player retention, including tournaments, missions, and personalized campaigns, among others. Collaborating closely with various teams, you also develop internal tools that streamline processes. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Drive the retention, engagement, and enjoyment of players across our B2B iGaming platforms, fostering long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to craft a product vision and roadmap that enhances player retention and engagement. Think creatively to exceed player expectations and anticipate their needs.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to inform product development decisions and shape the product roadmap.
• Utilize data insights and business acumen to develop compelling business cases and refine product specifications aimed at driving growth.
• Work hands-on within a scrum team, ensuring a well-curated backlog of valuable opportunities and player-centric solutions.
• Define clear requirements for the delivery team, emphasizing customer value in all product iterations.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy, setting clear objectives for introducing new products and features that drive measurable value for our clients.
• Implement rigorous experimentation methodologies, analyze results, and assess the impact of product enhancements.
• Generate comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to showcase the value generated by our products and highlight the contributions of the delivery team to overarching company objectives.

About You: 

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming Industry.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• A strong understanding of the iGaming industry, its products, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication & presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Strong product discovery skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and effectively prioritise numerous projects at the same time.
