Tracey Deline

Tracey Deline started their work experience in 2007 at The Hospital for Sick Children as the Director of Organizational Development. Tracey then moved to Sun Life in 2012, where they held various roles, including Assistant Vice President and Vice President, both in HR Business Partner positions. In 2019, Tracey joined IGM Financial Inc. as the Vice President HRBP and later became the Senior Vice President of HRBP and Talent Acquisition.
