Ishan Ariyaratne

Ishan Ariyaratne has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Ishan began their career as a Technical Support Executive at Eureka Technology Partners in March 2010. From there, they moved on to Inbay ltd where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer and was later promoted to the position of Technical Lead for the Technical support team. At Inbay ltd, they gained experience in IT support services for both business and consumer markets in the UK and US. In 2013, Ishan Ariyaratne started working as a Freelance Network & Security Consultant, where they provided guidance on resolving network and software security vulnerabilities for clients. In 2014, they joined Ignite Technologies as a Support Engineer for the IFS Team Ignite, where they communicated directly with end users to resolve software, hardware, and network issues. Finally, in 2017, Ishan Ariyaratne joined IgniteTech as an Automation Specialist and Project Coordinator for Crossover.

Ishan Ariyaratne completed a BSc (Hons) in Business Computing & Information Systems from the University of Wales, UK from 2006 to 2008.
