Debbie Sutton, M.A. has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Debbie is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at iGov. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior HR Consultant at SmartHR, Inc. for almost a decade. Debbie also served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at HR Innovative Consulting, where they provided senior-level HR expertise and helped organizations achieve improved organizational capabilities. Debbie's experience also includes working as a Senior HR Business Partner at Helios HR, where they led the development and implementation of Human Capital Management programs. Earlier in their career, they held positions of progressive responsibility at TPO, Inc., where they served as the Director of Staff Development and a Human Resources Consultant. Debbie Sutton started their HR career as the Director of Human Resources at TANDBERG, Inc, where they supervised the HR department and played a key role in developing policies and procedures to support the company's rapid growth.

Debbie Sutton, M.A. holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University. Debbie also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College. Additionally, they possess a High School Diploma from Seneca Valley High School.
