Arshad Mumtaz

Arshad Mumtaz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the telecommunications and outsourcing industry. Arshad began their career at 21 CENTURY SOLUTIONS as a Sr. Channel Executive and then moved on to GE Capital as an Operations/Transition Manager. Following that, they worked at Hughes Network Systems as a Manager, overseeing transitions and quality. Arshad then joined TeleTech India (Bharti) as an AVP & Site Director. Arshad's career progressed further when they joined Bharti Airtel as VP - Head of Outsourcing and Contact Center Operations, where they were responsible for customer service strategy and outsourcing processes. Arshad then moved to Spanco BPO as a Senior Vice President, managing their global sales and operations, including customer acquisition, business operations, and overall management. Currently, they are working at IGT Solutions as an Executive Vice President & Business Head.

Arshad Mumtaz pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree in Accounting from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, from 1993 to 1996. In 2008, they completed a Leadership Development Programme (MDP) with a specialization in Airtel Future Leaders from the Indian School of Business. In the same year, they also completed a Management Development Executive Programme on Outsourcing (MDP) with a focus on Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Additionally, Arshad obtained several certifications including Professional Telesales Skill - Erlanger KY from the Miller Heiman Group, Six Sigma - Black Belt from GE Capital, COPC – RC from COPC Inc., High Performance Management Techniques (HPMT) from COPC Inc., and Situational Leadership – Ken Blanchard from Ken Blanchard.
