Cm Gonzaga

CM Gonzaga has a strong background in operations and management. They started their career as a Customer Care Associate at NCO Financial Systems in 2010 before moving on to become a Service Delivery Supervisor at TeleTech from 2012 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Support Supervisor at Transcom. CM Gonzaga then joined IBEX as an Operations Manager, overseeing compliance and performance reviews, from 2019 to 2022. They later joined Digital Dolphin Products (DDP) as an Operations Lead, managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Currently, CM Gonzaga is an Operations Lead at IGT Solutions.

CM Gonzaga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges.
