Mohsin Siddiqui

Mohsin Siddiqui (FCIPD) has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Mohsin has worked as a Director of Talent Development & Organisational Effectiveness at IHS Towers since 2024. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Fikrah Advisory from 2022, where they provided HR advisory solutions to SMEs and worked on projects related to recruitment, psychometric assessments, and employee relations.

From 2021 to 2023, Mohsin was the Head of Talent Management at Philips, where they collaborated with the CHRO and Head of Talent Development & Organisational Effectiveness to implement talent practices for the company's med-tech transformation. Mohsin also worked at ING from 2016 to 2021, holding positions as Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Head of Talent Management.
