Stefano Pinca

Stefano Pinca has extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the welding and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for both the International Institute of Welding and TICASS, as well as for Consorzio Calef since October 2017, and maintaining a long-standing position at IIS Istituto Italiano della Saldatura since January 1995 as the Director of Research, Development and Academy Division. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing research and development projects, managing funding sources, and promoting business development initiatives in the Middle East. Previous roles include Engineering Department Director and Project Manager in various capacities focused on enhancing service offerings. Pinca holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Genova, completed between 1988 and 1994.
