Palesa Moeng has been working in the customer service and retail industry since 2018. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Experience Administrator at Ikeja. In the same year, they also began working as a Warehouse Assistant at Ikeja, where their responsibilities included assisting with the daily capture of stock received, recording internal stock movement and stock dispatched to teams and clients, packing and distributing warehouse stock, preparing stock for dispatch to teams, and assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly stock count. In 2021, they began working as an Inventory Clerk at The Shoprite Group of Companies, where their responsibilities included maintaining and updating records, counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock, and reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Sportsmans Warehouse from 2018 to 2021, where their responsibilities included receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries, restocking depleted or low shop items, and ensuring that the sales floor was organized according to established guidelines.

Palesa Moeng is currently pursuing a diploma in Public Relations/Image and Identity/Brand Management Strategic Communications/Marketing from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika which they began in 2018. In 2020, they earned a Certificate in Fundamental of Media Relations from Muck Rack Academy, and an Agency Ready Certificate in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the PR Council. Palesa also earned a Retail Sales Assistant Certificate from Sportsman Warehouse in 2018, which focused on Customer Relations and Marketing.
