Caroline Webb

Caroline Webb has worked in the healthcare industry since 2013. Caroline began their career at Cone Health as a Medical Surgical RN, providing RN care for a wide variety of medical surgical patients in a community hospital setting. In 2014, they joined DaVita Kidney Care as a Home Program Peritoneal Dialysis RN and an Acute Dialysis RN, providing Dialysis treatments both inside the ICUs and for acute care patients in the hospital dialysis unit. Caroline maintained nursing and dialysis competencies for the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and also DaVita. In 2019, they became an RN case manager at Optum, and most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Clinical Education Lead at IKONA Health.

Caroline Webb obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of South Carolina in 2013. Caroline then obtained a Certified Nephrology Nurse from the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) in May 2017. Caroline is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing at Averett University, which they began in 2021.
