Brian Atwood

Brian Atwood has a diverse range of work experience in the scientific field. Brian worked as an Application Scientist at Iktos starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at the Jung Lab as a Staff Research Associate and a Postdoctoral Scholar from 2018 to 2020. Brian also gained experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Vanderwal Lab from 2012 to 2018. Brian started their research career as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Schore Research Group and then later at the Amaro Research Group in 2010. Additionally, Brian worked as a Chemistry Stockroom Student Help at Saddleback College from 2008 to 2010.

Brian Atwood has a strong educational background in chemistry. Brian first attended Saddleback College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Chemistry. Brian then pursued further education at the University of California, Davis, from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry. Brian Atwood continued their studies at the University of California, Irvine, from 2012 to 2018, where they completed a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
