Crystal Latty

Crystal Latty is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in catering and event management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director at IL Mulino New York since February 2016, Crystal has also founded Lady Bookworm and owned VEGETARIAN DELIGHT JUICE BAR LLC, both since January 2015 and 2014 respectively. Previous experience includes the role of Catering Sales Manager at Fontainebleau Miami Beach from March 2012 to January 2016, where Crystal managed events catering for up to 200 guests and contributed to high-profile concerts. Earlier positions include serving as a Certified New Hire Trainer at The Doral Golf Resort and Spa. Crystal holds multiple degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, along with a diploma in Spanish Language and Literature from Universitat de Barcelona.
