Andre Luiz Eifler Flores began their career in 2000 as an Oracle Database Administrator at Advanced IT S/A. In 2002, they joined Grupo Defferrari as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator. In 2008, they moved to ilegra, where they held the roles of Senior Oracle Database Administrator, Team Leader of Operations, and Head of Operations & Digital Transformation.

Andre Luiz Eifler Flores received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Systems Analysis from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 1996 and 2001. In 2018, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Entrepreneurship and Marketing (GEM) from the same university. Additionally, they hold certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Oracle.
