Leidiane Ongaratto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leidiane is currently serving as the Head of Digital Design and Innovation at ilegra since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ticket Log for five years from 2016 to 2021, where they held roles such as Coordinator of Products, Coordinator of Commercial Planning, and Analyst of Channels and Partnerships. At Ticket Log, Leidiane demonstrated strong leadership skills in project development, product portfolio management, and business improvement. Leidiane also contributed to the redesign of lead generation strategies and the establishment of sales and relationship training structures.

Before joining Ticket Log, Leidiane held the position of Marketing Analyst at Embratec Good Card from 2012 to 2016. Their responsibilities included lead qualification, collaboration with the sales team, and monitoring sales funnels and indicators. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Marketer at Embratec Good Card.

Leidiane's professional journey began as an Administrator at Patuá Bar e Restaurante from 2009 to 2012. Leidiane started their career as an intern at DCS Comunicações from 2008 to 2009.
