Adrine Semerjian

Adrine Semerjian has over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Adrine began their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Manager at Nordstrom, where they also worked as an Assistant Manager, Cosmetics & Fragrances, Department Manager, Cosmetics & Fragrances, and Business Manager. In 2013, they joined Smashbox Cosmetics - An Estee Lauder Company as a Manager, Human Resources and Assistant Manager, Human Resources. In 2017, they moved to ServiceTitan as a Sr. Manager, Employee Experience (HR). In 2018, they were promoted to Sr. Director, Employee Experience & Operations (HR) and Director, Employee Experience & Operations (HR) at Murad. In 2020, they became a Founding Member - Los Angeles at Chief. Most recently, in 2022, they joined ILIA Beauty as Vice President, People.

Adrine Semerjian received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge between 2001 and 2006. Adrine then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2010. In 2019, Adrine obtained two certifications: Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in August, and Thriving @ Work: Leveraging the Connection between Well-Being and Productivity from LinkedIn in March.
