Nicole Emenaker

Nicole Emenaker has been working in the Human Resources field since 2006. Nicole began their career as a Welcome Desk Receptionist and SIMS Support Assistant at Spectrum Athletic Clubs. In 2006, they also began working as a Human Resources, Staffing Assistant at Levy Restaurants. In 2010, they moved to The Bay Club Company as an Account Manager. In 2019, they joined Beachbody as a People Operations Coordinator. In 2020, they advanced to Kate Somerville Skincare as a Human Resources Generalist and then a Sr. Human Resources Generalist. Currently, they are a People Operations Manager at ILIA Beauty.

Nicole Emenaker has obtained a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Nicole also holds certifications in Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact from LinkedIn (obtained in November 2019), Human Resources Management Certification from California State University-Dominguez Hills (obtained in April 2019), and Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
