Alessandro Gondolo began their work experience in 2009 as a Math Tutor at the University of Utah College of Science, where they provided tutoring services for various math subjects. In 2012, they worked as a Research Student at the same institution and contributed to a paper accepted for publication in a journal.

In 2013, Gondolo joined the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching segments of calculus and managing the classroom. Alessandro also worked as a Summer Research Student during this time.
