Eleezeh Safarians

Eleezeh Safarians, MBA, M.S., serves as the Vice President of Americas Service & Support at Illumina, where responsibilities include the development of a best-in-class Service and Support organization, improvement of revenue growth, customer experience, and employee satisfaction. Previous positions at Illumina include Senior Director of Americas Service and Support and Senior Director of Service Innovation and Support, the latter involving the creation of a new team to manage user requirements for product life cycles. Earlier experience at Philips Healthcare Imaging Systems and Philips Medical Systems focused on customer experience initiatives and the management of customer support organizations. Eleezeh also established a global Escalation Management Team at ADAC Laboratories and received multiple awards for exceptional performance. Education includes an MBA from the University of Phoenix, an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering, and a BS in Human Biology from California State University-Sacramento.
