Jeyandran Chandrasekaran

Jeyandran (Jey) Chandrasekaran serves as the HR Site Lead at Illumina since September 2021. Prior roles include Assistant General Manager of Human Capital Management at Siemens Gamesa (2016-2021) and Talent Acquisition Leader for South Asia at Thermo Fisher Scientific (2008-2015). Jey's experience encompasses various HR functions, including entire HR lifecycle management and talent acquisition, as well as team leadership and client relationship management. Additional roles include Manager Staffing at Boden Software Services India Pvt Ltd (2007-2008), Senior Executive-Human Resources at Aviva 24/7 (2006-2007), Assistant Manager of Volume Hire Business at Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd (2005-2006), and Value Anchor at Ma Foi, a Randstad company (2003-2004).
