Jerad Pfantz

Jerad Pfantz has over 20 years of work experience in the information technology field. Jerad is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at ILLUMUS since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the IT Manager at Industrial Lighting Products from October 2018 to May 2021. From June 2010 to October 2018, they held the position of Technology Manager at Envirobrite | Energy Planning Associates. Before that, they worked as a Network and Database Administrator at Publishers Direct Services from October 2004 to May 2010. Jerad started their career at Connextions as a Tech Support Tier 2 from May 2002 to October 2004. Jerad began their IT career at Convergys as a Tech Support Tier 2/3 from January 1999 to November 2001.

Jerad Pfantz attended Herzing University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Networking/Security.
