Allison Barstad

Allison Barstad has extensive experience in the manufacturing and human resources sectors, currently serving as Plant Manager at ILPEA Industries, Inc. since December 2019. Prior to this role, Allison held multiple positions within ILPEA Industries, including Corporate Human Resources Manager and HR Manager from October 2001 to December 2019. Allison earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 1995 and 1999.
