Starting their career as a Pharma & Biotech Public Relations Intern, they transitioned into roles such as Compliance Analyst, Health Services Manager, and Compliance Manager. In recent years, they have held senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Quality and Senior Vice President at ilumed, where they achieved significant growth in beneficiaries and improved quality metrics. Charlie'sexpertise lies in strategic direction, CMS coding requirements, and healthcare operations.

Charlie Vazquez completed their BA in Communications Studies - Health Planning Management from Alfred University in 1998, followed by an MBA in Healthcare/Finance from New York Institute of Technology in 2001. Charlie also obtained a Supervising & Managing People Certificate from Cornell University in 2004 and participated in the Foundations for Leadership program at Florida International University in 2011.
