Lisa Herrera

Lisa Herrera has extensive experience in healthcare management, starting in 2010 as a Director of Quality Outcomes at MCCI of Jupiter. In this role, they oversaw policies and procedures, workflow organization, and MU reporting for multiple medical centers, leading to several centers being recognized as Patient Centered Medical Homes. Lisa also implemented and educated staff and patients on a patient portal. Their most recent role as the VP of Case and Disease Management at ilumed involves working with a team of healthcare executives to streamline and modernize the industry while driving patient engagement.

Lisa Herrera attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1982 to 1984, where they studied Pre-Nursing Studies. Later, they completed an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Palm Beach State College. Lisa has also obtained various certifications, including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association in 2020, and Certified Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification in 2015.
