Ivona Namjesnik

Ivona Namjesnik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ivona is currently the Founder of Outonomi, a platform that combines psychotherapy and entrepreneurship to provide practical guidance for executive leaders. In 2023, they joined Chief as a Member, where success is seen as a place of service and a combination of grace, grit, and intention.

Prior to their current roles, Ivona held positions at IM Digital, where they served as the Vice President of Innovation, focusing on intellectual and imaginative growth. Ivona also acted as the Head of Creative, utilizing the role as a platform for expression. Additionally, they held the position of Marketing Director at IM Digital, starting in 2018.

Before joining IM Digital, Ivona worked at Inchoo as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator and Sales and Marketing Intern from 2015 to 2017. Ivona also has experience at AIESEC, where they held various roles such as Vice President for Business to Customers, Talent Development Manager, External Relations Team Member, Organizing Committee of Local Training Seminar, and Task Force for Brand Audit.

Ivona Namjesnik holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Management from Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, which they obtained in the years 2012-2016. Ivona further pursued their education and completed a Master's degree in Psychology at Kingston University from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ivona has obtained various certifications, including Integrative Change Worker from the Ethical Coaching Collective, Certified Business Coach from Mindvalley, Chopra Total Well-being Coach Certification from Chopra Global, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner from the International Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming (IANLP), Design Sprint Facilitator from AJ&Smart, and TOEFL from Institut za razvoj obrazovanja (IRO).
